Breast Cancer Research Foundation: Finding Prevention and a Cure
What does the end of breast cancer look like to our researchers?
For those touched by breast cancer, it might be hard to envision an end to this disease. But thanks to the progress that’s being made through research each and every day, we’re discovering new methods of detecting cancer at an early stage and developing personalizing medicines tailored to the individual and her or his breast cancer.
While many challenges remain, we have made enormous gains in the treatment of breast cancer and have developed strategies for prevention—and we know that, with research, more is within our reach.
